Homad products are manufactured in conformity with each order and tailored to the customer’s needs in terms of size, materials and processing, which is why no stock of prefabricated products is available.

The products’ lead time varies depending on the product. The order shall indicate the dates of delivery, which are indicative and may be adjusted in exceptional cases.

On the expected delivery dates, customers shall be informed by the relevant homad department about the progress of their order and its availability. As soon as the order is ready in the company’s warehouses, the exact date and time of delivery within Athens or shipment outside Athens/Greece shall be agreed with the customer.

Delivery days are Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 20:00.

The prices of the products do not include the cost of transport and assembly, outside Athens. Footstools, luminaires, textiles and small objects which may be collected from homad stores are excluded.

If the use of a lift is deemed necessary or requested for delivery within Athens, the relevant costs shall be borne by the customer.

The prices for the rest of Greece are increased by 5 % — on average — in order to cover the increased transport costs to homad corners. The co-operating homad corners undertake the delivery and assembly of the products, for the orders of their customers.

When homad products are to be transported outside Athens/Greece on behalf of the customer, the selection of the transport company is made by the customer and the products travel under his/her responsibility and charge. homad recommends that its customers insure the products transported by an agency/transport company. In such cases, homad undertakes the delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the transport company in Athens.

Orders are considered complete and forwarded to production, after payment of the advance.

Orders can be paid by bank deposit or credit card in homad stores.

Payment of the order precedes delivery/dispatch, by at least 1 day. If, for any reason, the products to be delivered/dispatched cannot be paid, then the delivery is cancelled and a new day and time of delivery/dispatch is set.

In cases of export, payment shall precede the final confirmation of export and the drafting of the necessary documents.

The products are manufactured exclusively following an order.

In case of a cancellation of the order, the advance deposit can only be refunded within 3 days after the placing of the order. In any other case and given that the production process of the products may have begun, the advance payment shall not be refunded.
